2: Forgive Yourself
Here's a reminder I wrote to myself today (in case you need it too):
For all the times you've failed or didn't measure up or fell and made the same mistakes, forgive yourself.
Let the heaviness weigh on you for a moment—just enough to feel the consequences and learn from the experience—and then let it go, not allowing it to keep you stuck but using it to become better in the next moment, right after your very next breath.
Everyone else looks so put together but it doesn't always mean they are. Most of the time, we are all just doing our best—even when it doesn't feel like it.
