#72: Rest if You Must but Don't Quit
I hear this from motivational speakers and preachers all the time:
Rest if you must, but don't quit.
Take the time to grieve what you lost, hide from the world for a little while, cry your eyes out for days—rest, but don't quit.
Withdraw from your usual routine, journal your feelings out, cancel your appointments for now—rest, but don't quit.
Soothe yourself, take your time to heal, rest—but don't quit.
