Didn’t Hit Your Goals for the Month?
Last month, I’ve challenged myself to write an atomic essay every day for 30 days.
I did this to be a true writer — not in title but in practice.
It’s October 1st now, so I’m making the fresh start effect work in my favor by posting again. Below is a screenshot of how September went for me in terms of publishing atomic essays. Have a look!
My goal was to write one atomic essay every day for the month of September. Clearly, I didn’t achieve that. I managed to hit half my target, though, so celebrate the small win with me, will you? 🥳
If there’s something that you’ve always wanted to do (like posting consistently) and you’re not quite there yet, hold on. The secret to being consistent is self-compassion. So take what you learned from the journey, and press on.
Try again and again and again.
