#29: Make Time for Self-Care
When I say “self-care,” I don't mean fancy candles or cutesy bath bombs or flaking out on people or adding 10 items on my cart.
I mean getting 8 hours of good sleep, eating right, moving my body, extending help (and humbly receiving it when I need to), forgiving (and saying “sorry” when at fault), reading and learning, creating out of love—not obligation, cleaning my space, brushing my teeth, washing my face, enjoying a shower, laughing with loved ones, breathing in and out, being present, writing what I'm grateful for, worshipping my Creator, and praying with my whole heart. ✨
